Recent company interviews.

I've been interviewing so many people and I notice that so many people out there are jobless and will take any job just to survive. There were about 62 people who came for the interview within the past 1 week. There are many suitable candidate that I wish to take but unfortunately I only need 3 people.

Desperation for a job, many that I interview we not really themselves. I knew they were trying to impress me but they fail badly. Some were trying to be a Smart Ass, trying to be cute, trying to kiss my ass and some even came without bringing a resume or have experience in working at all but demanded for a job. And there is one in particular whereby that person refuse to fill up the application instead his written "as in resume". Don't this people know,that there are reason why the application form is being provided for them to fill?

And there are even people who tries to look impressive by writing down every single working places that they have work before when requested only 3!!

I really wonder what were they expecting trying to be a smart ass like that? It's so blooding annoying at time to go through people like this. And sometimes they will ask questions which are not even relevant at all. Just going through one interview is like  FOREVER even if it only 10 minutes.

Some people do not understand the meaning of REFERENCES..When you fill up the application form references will definitely be ask. which automatically you know the question is asking for your employer contact . Well some people actually fill up their Father contact, mothers contact, aunts, uncle, cousins, friends, grandparents and so on which are not relevant at all!! 

Imagine what I have to go through the past 1 week?!! And the bad news, IT"S NOT OVER YET!!! I think I might actually end up crying miserably while doing the interview. It's TORTURING ME!!! And I know it is too Zaid (Company Sales Manager). If I can't take it anymore, Zaid will be the one taking over, and if he can't take it anymore than it will my turn. So we give and take of being torture alive by this people....Another 1 week of pure mentally torture to go...!!

A HOLIDAY TREAT

I love to travel but I rarely get the opportunity and it's either because of my limited time or my financial crisis. But however, this year is going to be my year to travel. I have already plan one in May whereby I will be traveling locally with my hubby along with my dear friend Zaid and his spouse. And I and also planning for an overseas trip for a birthday gift to my hubby but still can't decide where to go. So I have limited a list of countries to go and trying to figure out which is the most interesting and reasonable price for us to travel to.

First choice is to go to Hong Kong. Why Hong Kong?
Well first, I really really wanna visit HK Disney Land as this is the only Disney Land in Asia (It is right?) .

And I also love Chinese Food  and where else to get but HONG KONG! Chinese cooking are very traditional and oriental so it gives me a little taste of home and at the same time a new experience. I loves most are the street foods as it is cheap and so many to choose from.

For language, I don't think it should a problem as many HK people are educated in English so I guess that takes away my worries. And if I do come up with any problems there, I guess I can always depend on my dear friend Dennis. His wife is from HK so that explains why his in HK. And I know he wouldn't mind having the nosy me around there.

Anyways, my second choice is to Bali. Isn't it obvious why BALI?
Bali has one of the most beautiful and gorgeous beaches in the world and it is also very popular for its topless beach. I don't mind trying out walking topless on a beach as nobody will know me there. Anyways, as I was saying, Bali is know for it's beautiful beaches and it is to die for..!!

Bali goes under many names. Some call it the ‘island of the gods’, others Shangri-La. The ‘last paradise’, the ‘dawning of the world’ and the ‘centre of the universe’ are yet more names for this truly beautiful tropical island inhabited by a remarkably artistic people who have created a dynamic society with unique arts and ceremonies.


My next choice places to travel is Melbourne,Australia.

 Melbourne is actually my hubby choice. The only reason he wants to go here is because he has friends here and take the opportunity to meet up and at the same time site seeing. I really don't know what to say about Melbourne as it's not my choice.

Forth choice is to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

Why I really wanna go here is to explore Ho Chi Minh EXOTIC FOOD!!! I've seen it on TV and it look exquisite!!

 

Next place that I really want to go is ShenZhen, China.

Shenzhen has so many place of interest and It's a popular place to many tourist.

And still many many more places to visit in Shenzhen.
As for their delicacies...

I am soooooooo looking forward to any of this holidays.. Still have not conclude on my decision on where to go... Every places I mention I want to go... It's going to be a hard decision indeed for me...
